Meet the Heart Behind Divine Alchemy
Vivananda Gaia supports individuals in restoring inner authority, clarity, and a felt sense of aliveness.
Vivananda Gaia
MEd, MSW, RSW, EMDR
Vivananda’s work focuses on the reorganization of patterns that persist after trauma.
After nearly a decade in private practice, she observed that even when clients received effective trauma therapies many still did not feel fully at ease in themselves. Symptoms improved, but something deeper had not yet returned.
This led to a central insight:
healing is not complete until the body’s natural rhythms begin to re-emerge.
Her work now integrates psychotherapy with an Inner Coherence framework that supports this reorganization. By helping clients reconnect with their body’s signals and internal timing, patterns shaped by trauma can shift in a way that feels more natural and sustainable.
When needed, this approach can be used before, alongside, or after modalities such as EMDR to deepen and stabilize outcomes.
Vivananda works with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and periods of transition—supporting a return to clarity, coherence, and embodied self-trust.
Sessions are covered by insurance plans that accept master’s level Registered Social Workers.
