Ways You May Qualify for Fee Subsidy on Counselling Services
We offer various avenues for potential subsidy to make our services even more accessible:
- Coverage Through Your Health Benefit Provider – Check if your health benefits plan covers Registered Social Workers (RSW) under counselling services.
- Direct Billing – We provide direct billing to Green Shield, Canada Life, Chambers/Johnston Group, Desjardins, First Canadian Insurance Corporation, and IA, simplifying the payment process for you.
- First Nations – We offer services funded by the First Nations Health Authority to status First Nations individuals.
- Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) – CUPE members
- WorkBC – If mental health is a barrier to finding or maintaining employment, WorkBC may offer support to cover counselling fees.
- Medavie Blue Cross – Canadian Armed Forces, RCMP, Veterans Affairs Canada
- British Columbia Emergency Health Services – BCEHS CIS
- CVAP – Crime Victims Assistance Program approved claimants. Available to direct and indirect victims.
- ICBC – If you are approved for counselling due to an MVA
- MCFD – Autism funding; SAJE
- No tax – no GST as social work in a clinical setting is considered a medical expense; can also be claimed if on PWD on income taxes. There are also no taxes added to spiritual services.
Our Counselling Fee Structure
We believe that investing in your well-being is one of the most valuable choices you can make. EMDR
$150 for a 50-minute session, $180 for a 70-minute session, and $210 for an 80-minute session
Individual Counselling Sessions
$150 for a 50-minute session
Couples Counselling Sessions (Sacred Relationships) with Two Practitioners
$225 for a 75-minute session

Spiritual & Shamanic Teaching/Healing Fees
Our spiritual and shamanic healing services have a minimum charge, but they also embody a sacred reciprocity component which we call the ‘gratitude offering.’ It’s essential to note that this reciprocity should consider the time spent in the Spirit realms for preparation, gaining insights about the client before the appointment, and the commitment to follow-up contact after the session.
This work often results in instant and permanent healing. The value of a miraculous healing is not based on market prices but rather on how much you value the work and what constitutes a financial sacrifice for you. A sacrifice is a powerful message of gratitude to send to Source.
