Christina is a counsellor known for EMDR therapy that incorporates inner child work to heal dissociative and behavioural patterns that develop out of traumatic experiences. She also integrates internal family systems and polyvagal theory for nervous system healing and fosters movement from post-traumatic stress to post-traumatic growth through the mobilization of the body’s innate intelligence to heal. She also uses ancient technologies of animism and tantra and integration of entheogens. She is committed to helping clients in all stages of their journeys, including finding relief from distress, making meaning out of trauma, and accessing their vital life force energy to feel vibrant, blissful, and full with the joy of living.
